Join Rabbi Michael Siegel and Editor of the Pittsburgh Jewish Chronicle, Toby Tabachnick, as they engage in a discussion about the trial and its impact on the Jewish community.

More than four years after the massacre, the man who murdered 11 innocent Jewish worshipers was found guilty by a jury of his peers convicted of the shooting,  but also of federal hate crimes and obstruction of religion.  Phase one is over but there are two more phases of the trial determining punishment.

After practicing law in Los Angeles and Pittsburgh, Toby Tabachnick began her career in journalism in 2007 as a staff writer for the Pittsburgh Jewish Chronicle. In 2020, she was named editor of the paper and is responsible for managing its print and digital editorial operations. She has written more than 100 articles related to the 2018 antisemitic attack at the Tree of Life building in Pittsburgh.
