As Jewish communities, we honor Pride Month by declaring loudly and proudly that LGBTQ+ people are not only welcome in our shuls and organizations, but that we are active members of our communities, living deeply Jewish and LGBTQ+ lives. At a time when LGBTQ+ communities, especially trans and nonbinary youth, are under legislative attack, we will show up in solidarity to proclaim our support for LGBTQ+ safety, autonomy, and justice.
When?

Where?
The Chicago Pride Parade steps off from W. Sheridan and N. Broadway in the landmark LGBTQ+ neighborhood of Northalsted and will then travel the 20-block parade route south on Broadway; then south on Halsted; then east on Belmont; then south on Broadway; then east on Diversey to Cannon Drive. Approx 2.5 miles total. Our gathering spot is shared with us by parade organizers in the week of the parade. Consult the FAQ doc for updates.

The AES Community is invited to join us throughout the day on Sunday, June 30!
Start your morning with bagels and beverages in Lakeview. After, walk in the Pride Parade alongside other Jewish organizations. Finally, top off the day in Andersonville with a drink, a tasty summertime treat, and good company where the tunes will be pumping, and the Polaroid photo booth will be in full effect.
